Notes

RECIPE NOTES

Storage: Best consumed immediately. Half-and-half stays fresh 7-10 days after opening when refrigerated.
Substitutions: Can use 3/4 half-and-half + 1/4 whole milk for lower calorie version (reduces calories by about 100).
Flavor Variations: Add vanilla syrup, caramel sauce, or chocolate syrup before pouring half-and-half for flavor variations.
Temperature Tip: Use a thermometer first few times to learn proper temperature. Overheated half-and-half tastes burnt and bitter.
Foam Quality: Cold half-and-half froths better than room temperature. Keep refrigerated until use.
