Method
- Grind 18–20g coffee beans finely. Brew 2 shots of espresso (25–30 seconds).
- Pour cold half-and-half into a pitcher. Steam until hot and creamy (do not overheat).
- Tap the pitcher once or twice and swirl gently to smooth the foam.
- Pour espresso into a mug. Slowly add steamed half-and-half. Spoon foam on top.
- Serve hot. Optional: sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon on top.
