Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots (2 oz) espresso
  • 2 oz half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream syrup

Equipment

  • Espresso machine or Moka pot
  • Milk frother or steam wand
  • 12 oz coffee mug
  • Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso and pour into coffee mug
  2. Add 2 tablespoons Irish cream syrup to the espresso and stir well
  3. Steam half-and-half to 150°F until volume doubles and becomes frothy
  4. Pour steamed half-and-half into mug with espresso mixture
  5. Spoon foam on top to create layered effect
  6. Optional: top with whipped cream and cocoa powder
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy
