- Pour cold half-and-half into steaming pitcher
- Steam half-and-half to 155-160°F creating velvety microfoam
- Empty preheated cup and pour espresso first
- Slowly add steamed half-and-half from 2 inches height
- Top with foam and optional spices
- Serve immediately while hot
